KIRC - KI IRC ( ? )

KIRC was written back in 2004 by mookow on COBBS during the golden years. At that time, tutorials didn't exist and you only used the hacks if you knew what they were, how they worked, and how to implement/remove them.

KIRC has never had any tutorials, but it's a simple Python hack that should be fairly straightforward to understand.

Ok, well, if it was written back then... will it have the MOUL KI? or just the UU KI? Also, if it's so staitforward, what do we do? do we just download one of the files, and put it in a KI data folder or something? Would the MOUL KI allow us to use Jalak again?

Well, it's straightforward for UU install (because the files are there for the UU KI). I'm sure it would require some hacking to make it work with CC. I have a UU KI in CC and it has problems. I've heard that people have gotten them full-function into CC but, I haven't had much luck in that.

So, all said and done; if you don't have ABM then it won't be straightforward.

You must have a KI from Uru: Age Beyond Myst. Any other KI files will not work. UU, CC, PotS, MOUL, To D'ni... none of those will work.

So does anybody still have the untill uru updates? I really want to see what was covered in them... and things like the lit lake, functioning ghereesen wall, etc.

(I am trying to chronicle all of uru's past story and updates for a hall of history age I am writing)
