It never was very successful. Most developers found it difficult to work around the complete absence of false statements.

I'm Brent Newton. I'm soon to be 30. Live in Houston, Texas. I have been a fan of Myst since the first one came out. I taught myself blender and am fairly good at it. I look forward to working on an age. I am just now ready after about 5 months of study. Feel free to contact me, as i would appreciate any help or critiques you can offer. I also don't know a single person that is interested in 3d design. Hard to stay motivated without anyone to show off to.

Keep the faith, Brent. Oftentimes, you'll find that the only people who care at all about your work will be on the web. No worries though, there are a lot of people out there who are very much interested.

Hello, I'm Calena and I'm addicted to age building in Blender and URU

. I find that since I downloaded Drizzle and Blender and started building my first age, I'm neglecting the Cavern. All I want to do is build, build, build. Totally fascinating and absorbing. I started coding back in '78 at Wang Labs. I bought my first scanner in '85 and don't want to admit what it cost. Things have certainly changed for the better since then. This is my first shot at 3D modeling and game coding. So far, I'm pleased with the results and hope to build something that can be published before I get to the point where I want to toss my computer over a bridge. That thing about the steep learning curve, you weren't kidding.
A big THANK YOU to Andy Legate and all those contributing to the WIKI tutorials. We couldn't do it without you.

Shorah y'all My name is Tahmath.
I have been with MYST almost from the beginning, I was too young when it first came out to play, although I watched my mum play it all the time. As soon as I was old enough I fell into the fissure myself and never looked back. On the other hand I am very very new to MYST Live, I could never justify paying money for something I just didn't have time to play. Yet now I have every justification in the world, not only is it free but spending time learning how to develop Ages coincides beautifully with my University Program of Game design

Hurrah!
I am seriously looking forward to being part of this new D'ni. Writing ages has been my childhood dream forever and was part of the reason why I looked to game design.
I have so many stories I want to share, so many idea's, I just cannot wait

I got into the Myst series at a very young age. Ever since then I have been a fan of series and got into Uru around last year. I joined the Guild of Writers to learn how to create Ages. My knowledge is mostly in the writing aspect of the age and making concept art. I don't really have skills in programming but I am willing to learn and assist in designing Ages. I'm usually online most of the time so feel free to contact me.

Shorah all, cjherkeless here (bit obvious, I'd say)
Anyway, I'll tell a bit about myself. My initial experiences with Myst began a long time ago, I remember Riven from when I was quite rather young. Flash forward a long time. My experiences with URU Live began in early '08, exciting year indeed. I started up with Myst Online in full when MO:ULagain arrived, but shortly went into exile thereafter for over a year, until a week ago. Now, I'm back to journey through Ages again, and am loving being back to every sense of the word.
