Keep in mind, right now, there... are a grand total of 0 released MO:UL Fan Ages. =P
Also keep in mind the bulk of the existing Uru:CC Fan Ages are by people who have poofed, or for whatever reason, will not be porting their Ages. (For Example: Tweek) (Or myself, even - I intend to release "stuff" someday, over the rainbow, but I doubt kaelispuboffice will get ported)
I'm not sure we need to worry about huge Nexuses that can handle hundreds of Ages right now.

Facilitate the possibility for hundreds and it will happen. Facilitate for 50 and it will happen. That's one possibility

@Kaelis - I know you were working on a custom WNexus pedestal a while back. What is the current status on that?
@All - I'm also kind of confused about what the difference between MO:UL Age files and CC Age files. I know they run on a different engine, but that's about it.

A number of important things - including animations and physics - are handle differently in MOUL-era PRPs than they are in CC PRPs. You can't load a CC PRP into MOUL or vice versa without some sort of conversion.

Ah! Now that makes sense. Also, I haven't gotten a response from Hoikas yet on a project sub-forum. Could you set us up with one?

I didn't respond because I thought the reasons given here were good enough to explain my position on the issue...
I'm not going to create a project forum for a project that duplicates existing game functionality. If you want to discuss modifying the already existing Nexus, then the
Programmers forum is a good place for that. You're welcome to continue building your age and to continue asking for help however.

OK, thank you.

Any Age other than the Nexus can potentially include links to custom Ages. If we want to to follow that reasonning then I guess we might as well delete all other Age projects forums, because they all allow linking and that's duplicate functionnality.. I don't understand the reasonning here. The goal is not to duplicate the Nexus, or even to modify the existing one, it is to create a new Age, that just so happens to contain links to other Ages and a GUI; just like the Nexus, and plenty of other Ages.

He's right. All of the other Age projects include that functionality in them. This is no different.

Now you're just trying to argue for argument's sake. The community nexus age is not going to get a project forum because it's a nexus age (an age that exists *solely* to link to other ages). We already have a nexus age that Cyan gave us that is (to some degree) easily modifiable.
