It's a patch to put the original "realMyst" game in French. If you don't have this game, don't use this patch.

You have the Uru game installed, right?
The "Uru game folder", is the folder where the game is installed.
And in that folder, there's a sub-folder named "sfx", which is where the sounds are stored.
