The next version of the Offline KI is ready :) . You can download version 2.6.3 as usually via Drizzle (the just released version 17 is necessary for some of the new features) or from the Offline KI Website.

* Merged extended flymode by a'moaca'. Allows to rotate around all three axes and to change the linear and rotational speed as well as the recalculation rate - this is very useful to create smooth camera pans for a video. Thanks to Marten for sending and testing it :)
* If you convert your MOUL ages with Drizzle 17 or higher, you will be able to go to the Great Tree Pub from Nexus (in the "Public Links") and find a link book to the MOUL version of Ahnonay there
* Added "/set bahro 0|1" for Great Tree Pub and "/set sphere 0|1" for Ahnonay (MOUL version)
* Added "/importpics" KI command by Dustin. It imports all JPEG files from a folder called "import" in your Uru main directory into the KI.
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

ok, thankfully I had a backup of my Uru folder.

Apparently, by replacing Relto's SAV file with one right before the KI was installed fixes the problem

I don't know much more beyond that, but all I can say is, always always always, backup your Uru folder if you're makign any kind of significant change ;)

I can confirm that backing-up strategy... however, things worked fine for me when I tried it. Really strange. Are you sure the jpg files are correct?
Dustin, any idea what this might be caused by?

Regarding the other question...

Well, all the JPEG files were in that folder called import, but I put quite a few in there which took a while to transfer into the Offline KI.

I really have no idea how this was caused  Thank god I backed up my Uru folder, otherwise, I'd be in big trouble.

Again I say to everyone, always back-up your entire Uru folder before any kind of major installation.

But yeah, other than this problem, everything looks good! :)

It appears that too many images may corrupt the vault somehow. So yes, backup your /sav folder first, then try it. It might be that you can only have so many per Age folder.

Edit: After uploading too many, then logging back in, I get a stack dump: 0x00869D54...0x005D198D.

Edit: I'm pretty sure this is a bug with Uru itself.

Yeah, the offline vault was probably never intended to contain these images. Doesn't the default TPOTS KI load them from the KIImages folder and not from the vault?

Edit: Yep, I just checked and it does. While you are using the online method that saves them to the vault.
