Crap, I forgot to post here. I didn't get finished, but I did get a few pages converted for you to see. Home and About, I think. I had to reword a few sentences here and there to make them less awkward and better sounding. I'm not finished quite yet. Quite a few dead links.

I especially like the color choice; it's a refreshing change from our current palette and it's quite classy too.
Although I think it would be nice to somehow keep the red and black colors on the logo. Those are the official CI colors of the Dni guild, adn it's an IC site.

I take it those colors are planned for this site too?

Wouldn't that make sense to have different colors for the IC and the OOC site? We could keep the same layout and style, just have different colors.

I don't know what it is but I find that little In Cavern Bar in the corner hilarious. Not that it doesn't have a purpose... it just tickles me.

I like the prototype look and feel, as well as the color scheme - although Lontav's BSOD theme is a close second... 
The jury's still out about the "In Cavern" banner. The intro paragraph that mentions the D'ni Art should be a clear signal about the nature of the site - not to mention that the banner art is a screen shot from "inside the cavern" - and yet some people miss the subtle things.
