I might submit a basic structure with a construction sign, but it won't be explorable as of yet, so it really doesn't warrant being in the contest

Scripting is evil
The way some of the object animations are described in the Wiki make no sense and can be done much cheaper in some places by faking them. But I am one to talk with mere hours left in the contest and several elevators torn apart getting me closer but still with no progress to show for the mess.
P.S. The pipes are busted so jumping into the tub upstairs is a might risky, and the quick grow sod is a mess. I hope I can get it mowed before I have to turn in my Shell.

Python is worse cause while you guys have been building your shells I have been mauling over the Blender API with extremely inadequate documentation on it with very basic examples

Don't insult a great thing that's been twisted into something unholy by Blender.

<Snort> Unholy syntax and poor documentation work most days.
Python however is only a lost cause the moment you ignore that it was built as programmer wacky glue.

It may be great, but its not great for me
*Grogyan sees a Python code(r) and runs*

Seriously though, like Blender I have been persisting with it to complete this little project, and this coming from someone swearing that they will never attempt coding in Python by themselves.
I'm sure you guys would just do the whole thing in a weekend, however i'm learning by doing, the same way that I did with Blender

Grogyan:
I need to give everyone my email address so that they can CC me when submitting their shell files to Aloys. I was going to send a 24-hr notice at 23:59 GMT Sunday. Were you planning on sending out anything to the group?

I was planning on sending to them today a reminder of there being approximately 48 hours (GMT) left of build time, but seeing as you'll be doing that anyway as well as providing them with an email address to submit their shells its kind of redundant.
I did give them a reminder a few days back reminding them that there was 1 week left, so i'll leave this last update to them to you if that is ok.
Today I also have to send an email to the judges with my email address to submit their results to so I can update the score sheet, and will be getting onto that shortly, is there anything that you'd like to remind them of when I do that?
Edit: There is one small thing, can send me the email address as well as i'll try my best to submit an updated version of my shell as well.
Thanks Robert
