Yes, I have the latest Offline KI version ... 8-)

Ok, re-installed the age, but the KI keeps pretending not to know it lol ... I just uninstalled the
age and I am installing it again right now ... Ok, ready, and now I'll go to look what it says ...
... back ... Sorry, nothing changed ... I find it interesting btw that the Nexus doesn't say
'unknown age', hmmm ...

Last thing I just tried, I installed the Offline KI and the Age Information again, but with no
different results ... So, that was all that I could think of, maybe you get any idea spontaneously
at any moment, diafero, I mean everything works great so far ... :P

If you reinstalled the AgeInformation, please reinstall Somewhere yet again - AgeInformation contains the files with information about the old Somewhere, not the new one.

Could it be that you already manually downloaded and visited Somewhere2 before I put the version up on UAM? Uru remembers the name of the age from when it was first visited, so if the age was unknown back then, it will keep displaying that.

@janaba OK I am curious when you deleted the Somewhere files, did you delete the Somewhere_xxxxxxxx.sav file?? Sometimes that will help...

Yep, deleted all remnants of the old installation I could find, there was an old LinkingImage_Somewhere, an old
Somewhere.txt, older archives, now I have only the last three from January 21st on and I've deleted the old .sav file ... :P

Edit: I first saw Wams question, diafero ...

If that is the case, then we have the solution to an issue where there is none, great!!! ... Reinstalled Somewhere again nonetheless,
but with the same KI entry as before and now we don't have to wonder anymore ... :)

Using URUCC and Drizzle.

When I make it to and click on the
Show Spoiler
I get a error message:

==> The age with filename "somewhere" does not exist at all.

Also when I try to climb hills or other objects I get a lot of "bounce-back". I.E. one jump up equals two steps back. This is especially a problem when you try to
Show Spoiler
.

Regarding Janaba's "KI shows Somewhere2" problem it seems to me that she implied earlier in this post that she had both Somewhare and Somewhere2 installed simultaneously because she was able to compare the two. See the post here: http://forum.guildofwriters.org/viewtop ... =80#p58784

linking "book" that sends you to the Somewhere "nexus"I get a error message:
Right, I made a mistake in one of the three files of Somewhere2.pak.
This is the reason of the problem.

You will find the python pak with the correction of the mistake here :http://www.crocko.com/316859A8EF314E2B8 ... where2.pak
Replace the previous one by the new one in the python folder

Necessary for all users

It should work.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hope it is the last...

The issue you're talking about was already revealed and dissolved as a non-issue, gabriml, which is explained above your post and
all else as of the older version was resolved by diafero as described in the rest of this thread above ... :D

Thanks, for the new pak file, denost ... :P

The sav files are not removed, but that should not be a problem because Somewhere2 is, for Uru, an entirely different age and therefore the sav files are independent.

I will upload the fixed pak file and release a new UAM version soon.

The fixed pak is on the Shard now. I do not know where the linking book causing the problem is located... could someone please test it and confirm that the problem is indeed gone, before I release another UAM package?
