I'm just getting started in Age creation (hopefully!) and I want to see existing Ages. I've noticed that a few of the Ages (like Aerie) never change from the white/blue symbol, and the local version is always Version 0. I've tried downloading them many times, but a couple files are always invalid.
EDIT: I've heard of ways to install Ages without using ULM, such as linking to Ahra Pahts with some sort of typed /link command. But I had trouble finding instructions on how to do it.

I have Aerie Version 2 no problem.
I had Tsoidahl Sheegahtee Version 0 and version 2. Version 0 showed nothing under age properties. Version 2 showed some crc errors and a missing sound file for the crystal. The thing is it still ran even with the errors.
I went back and downloaded a good version 2 and everything works. A lot of connections to the files crawled in the daytime but flew through after midinght. Some of these servers give premium bandwidth to their higher paying customers. Maybe you just have to try another time of day to download?
