Does anyone know where I can get this? The link in the Alcugs wiki is broken.

Hm, what is this supposed to do?
I found a URUPython30.zip on my harddisk, which can modify Python scripts in URU, e.g. to enable flymode. It was provided by Anonymous54321.

Here you go.
UruPython 1.2 is actually newer than 3.1.
It is the command line version and it supports Python 2.3.
