Learning the first rudiments of the Art

I've been practicing the gahrohevtee for a simple Linking Book (I'm not nearly at the point where I'm ready to attempt a Descriptive Book) in a journal. Would someone be willing to look over what I've done, check my handwriting, tell me if I can safely attempt the real thing?

Also, for when the time comes, where could I get hold of a kor'nea?

Sure, why not, I had to write a Book for my Pub, otherwise everyone who linked there would have the... lovely... fun of the point where the Book I found linked to. Not fun, I assure you.

I'd be happy to catch up with you today, or tomorrow, if you'd care to set up a place to meet? =)

We seem to be on incompatible sleep schedules, so I don't think we're going to be able to meet in person in the forseeable future. I left my workbook in your office, on the second shelf in the pub area so that random passersthrough won't walk away with it.

Been taking a look at it, between my other responsibilities...

Looks like you've got the general idea down, but... some stuff needs some work.

The shape and formation of the characters is extremely important, if I remember correctly, you wouldn't believe how hard a time I had of it, since my handwriting is naturally messy, except when writing Japanese Kanji/Hiragana/Katakana... No idea why that is, I'm certainly not a native writer/speaker...

Mostly, she's good though, just practice a bit more, and you'll get there in no time. Maybe try altering your stroke order?

Keep at it!

EDIT: Also, if you like, I can leave a reference book I've found on my travels in the Sine Waves 'hood, might help. I'll send you a nexus invite to the hood, hopefully it'll work. I'll send you a KI-mail with the details on how to access it, too.

Thank you. You're quite right -- I hadn't been thinking about stroke order, only the final shape. I need to be less haphazard, more systematic in my approach.

I would like to see that reference book. More knowing what I'm doing would almost certainly be a good idea.

Thank you again for your help.

Thank you again. The reference book helped enormously.

Would you be willing to look at my workbook again? I feel I'm at the point where I've sort of plateaued, and am unlikely to make significant further progress without feedback.

Sure, no worries, same place as usual? =)
