Call Bahro?

Call Bahro?
I was reading /help when I found a command for calling Bahro. It, however, says I need "Admin Access". How do I use this command?
Currently an official representative of the Guild of Writers.

Commands needing admin and story access can only be used by admins online (read: me). However, offline, everyone is considered an admin, so you can use them there.
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.
