Bahro in the City? (And another question)
I've notice lots of Bahro activity in the city. There are always Bahro around the Arch, and I sometimes hear wingbeats at random moments. Twice I've heard a very loud Bahro squawk right behind me, preceded and proceeded by a linking noise. Is this normal?

Oh, and also (though random), is there any way to still get on offline Uru while the Shard is still installed?

Yes, the Bahro are normal
