Can't Login to Shard

I am Unable to Login.
I have logged off of Forum and then logged back on.
I then used the same information in an attempt to log on to the Shard.
I recieved the following Error

Still have the same problem -
I logged off of the Forum - went to Internet Properties & deleted the Internet files - did a cold restart of system - logged on to Forum - attemped to log onto shard

Does it make any difference that I am utilizing a 17 digit shifted/unshifted alpha numeric password???

It might be worth trying a simpler password, just to see if that helps - that would let us know if it's something screwy with your account or with the way our tools handle your entirely-too-awesome password.

From the looks of it, yes this may be your problem. Looking at the client code, I see this:

const unsigned kMaxPasswordLength = 16;

So you came in just over the default limit.

OK, we found the issue. The client only allows passwords up to 16 characters, and the forum/shard bridge doesn't take that into account when it does its magic. Hoikas will get a fix in when he has a bit of time to work on the shard again.

For now, a workaround would be to use a shorter password.

I have implemented a fix for passwords longer than 16 characters. Wamduskasapa, can you log out and back into the forum, then try the shard again?
