Which blue sparklie is supposed to be accessible at this time? Since it's June, I thought the Ercanna one would be there; it's not.

If you belong to GoW (01) Neighbor Hood, Then the Descent Sparkly (May) is available to you...

The September Sparkly has been turned off - Teledahn (Slave Cave)
But the October Sparkly has not been turned on - Phils Relto (Dock)
