It is already on Deep Island. First book in the Shelf.
I was there and was able to escape the beast.
I was very frightened.
At first I only heard steps, but then I saw it. A shiver ran down my spine. Luckily I was fast enough to me
to rescue.

Say?
How ugly the beast is?
I'm asking this because I went through the desert 6 times (well 5 times...)
Out of those 6 attempts,
4 were successful to a point where I thought the beast was only a cavern legend...
1 of my attempt was really odd, the beast was standing near the linking point, so as soon as I linked in... I was forced out!!! I never saw it & I was not even able to run.
The last attempt, I decided to meet the monster! I ran in circle inside the area, and suddenly without any chance of seeing the beast, I panic linked out.
----
Beside that, I'm stuck in level 1. There are 2 consoles with D'ni numerals and buttons. There are 2 sheets with things written on them (music & something else). I have a D'ni numerals combinaison but it doesn't work on either consoles.
The curved ramp over the pit is highly slippery and too thin. I've returned there 4 times (successful to get pass the beast) for that simple reason; I cannot cross that ramp.

Yes Annabelle, i have the same problems.
Every time I try to cross the bridge, I fall down and get back in Relto.
But I was lucky with the Beast. I've seen it.
Once I came very close, and it immediately sent me back to Relto.
