Authentication

My Deep Island shard is no longer authenticated. Can anybody help me restore it. I have not made any changes that I am aware of.

I don't think it's only your case... see I'm not authenticated either.

I thought at first this might be related to our move to HTTPS, but I can login just fine, so I'm assuming the issue isn't on either of my ends.

I had the same problem on June 21, 2015 after I crashed out of Elsewhere. I kept trying, restarted my computer, and then re-entered my password (even though it was still showing as stars in the password box). After trying this I have been able to get back into the game and have had no problems since.

However, my friends logged out of the game and can not get back in as of today, June 23, reason "not authenticated." They tried the things I did above without success.
Anyone have an answer yet for this?

(@Forum admins: I can't seem to merge topics... after selecting it for merging, and saying "Yes, I want", it does nothing. Weird.)
