Drizzle in Windows 8.1

I purchased a new PC.
The OS of the new PC is Windows 8.1.
I downloaded Drizzle. However, an error was displayed and was not able to introduce it.
I do not understand a cause.
Is the support by any chance not intended for Windows 8.1?

Drizzle is coded with Java, so it should be compatible with most OS. I have Windows 8.1 and Java version 8, and it works fine.
According to this thread, it may be that Java is blocked by your firewall. Try to add java.exe and javaw.exe in the list of authorized programs, maybe it will solve it.
