Update error

Hi, I downloaded and installed Gehn Shard but when I start the game, the cyan intro plays well but then it freezes after
the Gehn Shard Update Logo,
It gives me an error that says: Update failed: kNetErrFile not Found GameData/CustomAvatars_District_Bahro1.prp.gz.
Is there somebody who can help me?

Sorry about that! It's a known bug in the patcher we haven't been able to fix yet -- sometimes it doesn't correctly grab all the files. You'll need to manually run the Repair shortcut one or more times until this error goes away.

Hi, Can you tell me where I find this repair shortcut?
I didn't find it in the game folder.

You should be able to find it in your Start Menu, alongside the shortcut you use to start Gehn normally.

No, that's a custom location you've placed yours in, and won't be available for most users unless they've copied them there as well. The default location for new installs is: Start Menu\Programs\Gehn Shard\Gehn Shard - Repair

Thanks, I've found it allready and let the repair run, but now it gives me a new file missing.
I will try it once more.
