Gehn Shard Authentication Failed

Hi! I'm trying to play Gehn Shard with a friend who just registered a few days ago and he can't log in. I'm not having any problems though, so I figure it probably has something to do with newly registered accounts only. I tried using his account on my computer and the same error is shown. It says: "Authentication Failed. Please try again. Incorrect password. Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on."
We've tried making several new accounts but every time the same thing happens.
My question is if anyone else is experiencing this issue and when will it be fixed?

Has your friend actually logged into the forum after creating his account? The Gehn Shard account information and the forum account information are actually stored in two different databases. A successful login to the forum triggers an update to the shard's database. I don't think registration counts as a login, unfortunately.

EDIT: According to the server logs, it looks like your friend may have figured this out and got it working.

Also, I would appreciate a list of the duplicate accounts so that I can delete them from the database. Thanks!

and then there's a third account, but that's the one he's using. (David02)

not a good idea to post someone's real email addresses in a public post, doctorwho788 - I'd suggest you edit your post, delete the addresses, and send Tsar Hoikas a pm instead.
