Alabaster entry denied

Loaded Alabaster successfully. Updated Elodea. Checked to see that correct database was in use. All seems fine except I cannot enter Alabaster through my relto book. I get to the alabaster door and press link but nothing happens. Checked Elodea's Alabaster entrance and gate is locked cannot get it open either yet other players are in Alabaster.

Can anyone help

What do you mean with Alabaster Door. The Door on Elodea Island ? To open it, you need to solve the puzzle on the Island. Instructions in the Journal (Office room).

If you do not make the way through the Elodea Island: There is a fifth page in Elodea Book in your Relto shelf.

Are you in the first room of Alabaster and press the sun ? If there was a reset, the link do not work, for the first time. You need to solve the puzzle to come out of this room.

Regardless of whether you manages to open the gate on Elodea Island or prefer the entrance through the page in the Elodea book. Please change you grafik settings to low.
