User never recieved verification email & cannot log in

Shorah everyone,

There is a user on the r/myst forum on reddit who is unable to log in after registering both here and on the official mystonline forums because they never received the confirmation email.

I offered to let someone know about this for them:

the username is "Vargur" here on GoW. Is there anything that can be done for them? If you need anymore info, let me know and I'll ask them.

Excellent. They should be able to log in now.

I had this problem for most of this year, finally got Adam to address it. It got fixed for me. Might want to advise your friend.
