Where to find, send log files?

I got an error when returning to Relto. Screen Blanked and a box told me there was a error, Gehn Shard had to close, and to send log files to the developer. I checked the Gehn Folder and there were no files altered for today.

So, where do I find the log files, then whom do I send them to if I find them?
