I Tries the Gehn Shard also Under the latest Win 10 Insiders build.
It stopped after the login, with URU launcher, which had run som updates, when URUexplorer should start loading and when I tried again, I got the messaeg URU already running. Using the task manager I looked for the Uru associated theads and deleted the URU lancher task, After that URU loaded properly. Now I tries again and It works again as always.

Resolved....It was a PhysX issue, TOC shard recognized it and fixed it

I'm not surprised PhysX was the problem. I accidentally deleted PhysX while cleaning out an old NVIDA driver. It was put back by some version of URU, I think

However, I'm still broken. What do I do??

Have you tried re-running the Gehn Installer to see if that fixes it? You can safely install over your existing game.

Just tried that. Nope. Same error, same symptoms

I am still broken. I suspect PhysX since I had to reinstall it. Do I need a particular version perhaps??

You can try installing the PhysX Legacy Driver Installer. This should be the correct version. Hopefully.
