Is the Shard down, or is it just me?

For the past few days, every time I try to run the Gehn Shard version of URU, I just get a warning message "The Gehn Shard is currently down. Please check back later!" Then the loading bar runs for a few moments, and then the launcher just freezes. I ran it just fine a few months ago. Is everyone having this problem, or is it just me?
