Result of Councilor votes: We have a Council

Post by Trylon »

Okay, today the polls for the councilors ended.
As promised, they did not close before the poll about the structure was closed.

Effective result
As all of the polls meet the minimum vote count, and are clearly in acceptance, we have a new Council, starting as of now.
This means that all of the councilors are in position, as of this vote

Minimum vote count
The minimum turnout needed was 20% of the number of people that posted in the last 6 months.
The number of people that posted at least once in the last 6 months - or rather, since we started - was 138
(Yes this is lower than the total of people who ever posted on this board - but that's because we've had posts imported from previous boards, and some of those people have never been here since)

This makes the required turnout: 138 * 20% = 27.6 votes - rounded up this makes for 28 votes minimum.

Numeric result
The results of the Councilor polls are below.
Acceptance ratio is the percentage of non-abstaining votes that is in acceptance.

  • Communication/PR - Paradox:
    Total: 31 out of 28 min (110 %)
    Accept: 30
    Abstain: 1
    Reject: 0
    Acceptance ratio: 100%
  • Forum Mgmt - Kato:
    Total: 30 out of 28 min (107%)
    Accept: 26
    Abstain 3
    Reject: 1
    Acceptance ratio: 96%
  • Building - Aloys:
    Total: 31 out of 28 minimum (110%)
    Accept: 30
    Abstain: 1
    Reject: 0
    Acceptance ratio: 100%
  • Tool Developement - Hoikas:
    Total: 32 out of 28 minimum (114%)
    Accept: 28
    Abstain: 2
    Reject: 2
    Acceptance ratio: 93%
  • Sound and Vision - Chaossong:
    Total: 32 out of 28 minimum (114%)
    Accept: 24
    Abstain:7
    Reject:1
    Acceptance ratio: 96%

Thanks everyone for your support and opposition in the last month.
