Journals reorganized

I heard that the journals were a little hard to navigate (and thought so myself too), so I alphabetized them. Should make it easier.

Let me know if you guys have any further organization suggestions for these things.

I have a request.... could I have a journal of my own? I saw the "journals requests" page was locked, so I couldn't ask for one, but I wanted to ask for one and ask a few questions... First of, do the journals have to be about age-creation? 'Coz I was wondering if I could get a journal to write as a "Uru" character that I'm going to make up for my ages' storyline.... or should I do that on another site? How can I write that kind of journal, and where should I do it?
I know I'm asking for a lot of questions, but I'd just like to get some kind of help and guidelines...
