Tsar Hoikas, where did the "Like" button go? Oh, yeah, this isn't Facebook.
Well presented post on the nature of the Nexus issue, Chloe!
I think that it would be better not to create separation and not touch the Cyan Nexus at all. Fan D'ni Locations should be left in the WNexus, as it would just eventually bring us in a circle back to this problem. Now, if we were to simply add Tweek's GUI to the Cyan Nexus that would work much better.

Good point, thanks. So, you think we should remove the invites from there completely, making them available only in the Writers' Nexus? That might give us more space in Cyan's Nexus, and I do like to properly follow a clean design decisionGPNMilano wrote:The reason the D'ni links should go into the Cyan Nexus is actually rather simple. If you look at the Cyan Nexus (even now), both offline and online, with the exception of the invite system, the rest of the nexus is focused around one thing. D'ni locations. That's because the Nexus, as originally designed, is a mass transit system used by the D'ni to get around the cavern. Not to hold a mess of linking books to all their ages. Stripping out everything but the fan created D'ni areas and locations would bring this back to the original concept of the Nexus in the first place. A system used for Mass Transit within D'ni.
@Atheni: The building really looks great! However, isn't that too big for just a Nexus? I mean, what I had in mind (and I think Chloe's design also went in that direction) looks similar to Cyan's Nexus, just with a GOW theme or something, and it is instanced without any way for two players to get there at the same time.
