Where To Track Age Issues?

General debates and discussion about the Guild of Writers and Age creation

An IC meeting may be a good idea.

I'd be willing to set up a small number of sub-accounts for the people who need to be there, but don't have a subscription anymore.

If we meet in a hood, people might be able to use the 'play MOUL for free' option.

Would we need two meetings to cater for all time zones?

If we are able to make a meet at around 14:00 or 15:00 Ki time, I think all sides could make it.

What day are we talking about here? If its a weekday, chances are slim that I'll be able to make it. Weekends are best for me. An IC meeting sounds like a good idea though.

I'd go for a weekend. I won't be available Sat the 8th of March, and I'm not sure about the sat 1st of March though.

I'd prefer Saturday 1 March but could manage Sunday 2 March (if I play hookie from my hood's weekly meeting).

In the meantime we could perhaps bat some ideas around here so that we come better prepared to the meeting. I'd welcome some pointers to background reading, if available. The only bug tracking software I've been exposed to is Cyan's ticketing system, and that only as a user. (What a confession!)

Hey Dot. Check out these two:
Bugzilla
Trac
The issues we're having with Trac are the installation issues (as noted in this thread). Bugzilla looks a bit more user friendly in the installation department. They both seem to do the same job in terms of actual bug tracking, though. Take a look at them and see if you like one over the other for functionality.

I'm usually available either weekend day around 14:00 - 15:00 KI time. I'm flexible. :)

I'll keep a eye on this thread, as I want to be there for the discussion.

Bugzilla does seem more friendly in many ways then Trac.

Is this a good place to discuss this as well?

Sorry, Grogyan, but that meeting is far too late for me to consider attending (1 am GMT). From the MOUL thread its focus seems to be on the Guild of Messengers and their interaction with the other guilds.

My apologies for not keeping my eye on this particular ball. I've been very busy with other things over in GoMa.

It's probably too late to schedule a meeting for later today. Would anyone be available for an informal meeting tomorrow between 12:00 and 14:30 KI time?

A better plan might be to schedule a meeting in a fortnight's time, on Saturday 15 March, say at 13:00 KI time. That should give us time to prepare a decent agenda and read up on the different systems. I could open up :/:'s hood for us to meet in, if that helps.
