Umm ... OK, so the Pahts.pak file definitely solved my clickables problem, but it seems to me that the version of the Prin Pahts has regressed. There are no Arabic numerals in my Prin Pahts, only D'ni numerals. (Ahra Pahts is fine; it has the Arabic numerals.)

Ok, finally I don't have to risk walking blisters on my feet any more ;) . But I think Grogyan's shell is nr.119, not nr.110 :?:

Okay, after slaying lots of monsters, bad guys, and turncoats, I have returned (after a brief detour in the wilderness where I got lost....AGAIN) from the game Oblivion.

Okay, heard back from all members of my team. They have all agreed to allow the blend file to be uploaded. But, they would like some of the following things known:

(Please note when I say They, I mean either all members of my team, or possibly only one member, but since we are a team, we won't let inviduality take effect, but we will listen to individual voices)

They would like it known that they feel this is a rather redundant part of the judging process, as any Age can be imported in Blender to look at meshes and things.

That while workmanship is important, again it is the end result that counts, both in compatablility, visability, and astetics. Errors in building, or doing things badly will stand out in some way with out having to actually see the file.

That the fact remains that not everything was built in blender, but other programs, and add to the fact that only one person actually manipulated the blend file to create the final Age (me, hehe), so that they have no control over what that person (me) did with their meshes once imported into blender.

And last there is one person on the team that firmly believes that this is not necessary and if it is made a stipulation of future contests that they will not join in the contest at all.

So, now that I've repeated their rants, here is the blend file that was worked hard on:

Zephyr_Cove.blend

There you go.

I'm fine with having to import, and hopefully this problem will not happen next competition.

But, thanks for not dropping out now. :)

It's just a difference in opinion whether or not to post the blend. For me, I can't imagine not posting the blend if someone asked for it but... that's just me. I really didn't know that people felt other-wise about their blends until now.

Now I know. :)

I've just come to realise that I cannot upload my .blend file, as its already been modified since the cut time.

Which is partly the reason why I didn't put it in the rules to begin with, to allow the oppotunity to continue their Age/Shell after the deadline.

Geez, people, you like to talk! I had heard that you were having problems with the GoMa chat and had to catch up on 10 pages of talking before I finished the thread. :D At any rate, for those judges who want to use the GoMa Live Chat for judging, make sure you have Java installed. The login is separate from our forums, so you'll have to register again, or just sign in as a guest. Make sure you're not behind any ugly firewalls or it won't work. (I can't access it from behind the firewall at Hewlett Packard, but I can get to it from home.)

If you are still having issues, please let me know. I'll try to keep up on this thread now. :) Oh, and if you're having some other error, let me know what it is so I can try to figure this out.

Thanks!

Yeah, I haven't been able to download his age yet. :?

I don't think mine is too ugly... It does do evil stuff though(McAfee) it does things like not asking me If I want to restrict a program that I already said was ok--it just does it.

EDIT: I was trying different settings for the firewall and as soon as I changed the first thing and applied it; the thing connected. :P
