Try loading the Age into the game and then see what it does.

I know for a fact that a transparent texture in Blender will show stuff behind it that it shouldn't, but in game it looks fine

Probably another mesh coming through that shouldn't. Try setting the Zoffset value to 2.

Edit: Oh wait, that was a Blender screenshot? What Grogyan said then. If it still shows up like that in Uru you can play with the Zoffset.

Edit: Ok, I changed the Z-Ofset to 2, but that still didn't work... when I exported it to URU it didn't change at all...

Are there many objects with transparent textures in your age? I found it impossible to make more than 3 transparent objects behave well in the same age. Actually one object is still bugged in Prad but the effect in this case looked good.

um... yes, the walls are transparent too... perhaps that's unnecessary

Ok, I figured it out... When I created it, I extruded it from cubes, and I had a bunch of extra planes under the platform.
