Yeah - Trylon has revamped the age to include some of the latest features (like sound).

Ehren: compare the error message in your console to the ones listed in the Troubleshooting FAQ - you may find your answer there.
Can we rebuild it? Yes, we can - here's how.

No, this is not a revamped version. The files inside the zip are from January 2008. They are outdated as we are trying desperately to make clear.

Well bah. :P

Ok, the link to the FuncChk Tutorial has been removed from the front page. The actual tutorial has not been removed and the link can be restored when and if the FuncChk age has been updated and works with the latest fully functioning plugin.

My bad. I was considering January 2008 to be more up-to-date than the original FuncChk01 age (circa summer 2007).

It would be great if we could have an updated test age that the plug-in developers could use to verify the latest release before making it available, like we did with the original plugin. Should we update the January 2008 age, or should we start over with a new one?

I am still having SO MUCH TROUBLE! I STILL haven't been able to export a working age to Uru, I get the .age file and the .prp files, but I need to know, do I need a .sum file? I think I do, but what can I use to make a .sum file for an age?\

Despite me being wrong about the problem before, I really think it is the .sum file I need now.

When you export your Age from Blender, a sum file is automatically generated. You should see it right there in the same directory where you told it to export your Age.

But it is giving a dud sum file, the one it made was only 24 bytes, which would be too small for a sum file right?

Isn't there anything to select in blender to adjust settings for it or something?

You can use urusum to update a .sum file, or PlasmaShop to generate a new one.

Hopefully the new ULM will include a utility to automatically generate and update sum files.

If you don't have a lot in your Age, your sum file won't be very big. My sum file for Camp Bravo is only 208 bytes. The Baron's Office one is only just over 500 bytes.
