Hahahaha it was nothing personal.... enough women who crave high positions too I am so happy this got moved off topic, personally I am very allergic to the word "leadership" in a gaming community where all are equal All I was trying to say, if certain tasks are required, and I am sure there will be many, it won't hurt to use the channels avalailable, which happens to be the Guilds. I forgot to mention: under the final authority of Cyan, of course. We (Writers) focus on age building, the other Guilds focus on whatever they do best, Cyan directs, that is how (ideally) I see it.

/me remembers power struggles in the past but I guess to some degree it is bound to happen again... all part of the coming growing pains.

Oh, but wait.......the most active tends to be: Dot, Jishin, and Nynaveve........not to mention it's Nynaveve that runs the server...oh who am I kidding? Da women tend to run our guild more than us GUYS......besides, I'm always too busy Age Building or Splitting Wood! heheheheheh.


Actually, what I THINK will happen is we will have people from each Guild. Not just Writers or Just Maintainers, or Just Messengers, etc, etc. Only makes sense for Cyan to have it work that way. You can tell they already want to work throught he guilds.......just how did the latest news come to us? Why through the Guild of Messengers whom Cyan sent a letter to.
