Yey! New blender version! Thanks for the heads up, Grogyan! Going into the script menu always annoyed me, so I'm glad that books and things can be accessed from the menu bar.
Grease pencil sounds fun ^_^- there was an article on blendernation about it... somewhere. I'll have a look. Anyway, for those who don't know, it allows you to 'sketch' little pictures onto the 3d view, to help with animation (especially walk cycles) and modelling. Oh, and for general silly madness

I guess it could develop into something like the live whiteboard in Truespace, which would be very useful for collaborative projects. It should be simple enough to implement into the verse-blender program (
here). Verse is a offshoot of blender which is optimised for using over a network- many people can model on an object (or age) at the same time, and could write each other little notes as they did it with grease pencil if it were implemented.
