But Chacal doesn't agree with you. He said that anything longer than 2 months would be too long. I agree with Chacal. If the period is too long, procrastination will occur, and the point of these contests is to motivate people.

Hence why we tried and made RAD build period only 3 weeks, knowing that this puts limitations on what can actually be achieved in a short space.

2 months for DAWN also feels to me that it could cause procrastination especially with real life to contend with, please prove me wrong

Three months for me it would certainly be welcome. On the other hand I can live with two months.

Suits me fine It'll be good incentive for me to actually finish an age (I have heaps of unfinished ones, and I'm kind of a perfectionist and don't release anything til I consider it done )
