I like the new additions diafero! Do you think you and GPN Milano will be able to add things to the city like the memorial in the Kahlo Pub, as well as the lake light meter on the docks?

Also, just curious, do you think it would be possible to implement the pillar relto page into Uru CC? That way, I could have the cleft pillar in my relto? :P

Just some ideas ;)

Great job so far!

I'm quite sure it is possible, but you'd have to convince her to do it :D
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

I do not hear an ambient sound in MYST5 ages, but they were in original game...
ive tried to copy all files with age *name* in it (tdlm*, srln* and others, like that) - and it works!
may be you van collect all these to the next OffKI?

Did you use the "Simplicity" tab in Drizzle? It should have copied over all those /sfx files from your Myst5 installation.

You must run SoundDecompress for the files to appear in the StreamingCache folder, as stated in the Drizzle instructions.

one more question.
Im try to do the third translation or Uru game (now its Offline KI version) into russian.
in 2 previous versions (Prime and then CC) we did not have full KI working, but now we have.

I looked in probably every .py file to find some strings of main KI window, but cant find them...
no "Age Players", no "Neighbours"....
can anyone help me?

With translating the KI: try xLocalization.py (I think there's a file called that). You can probably add another language (and then add your translations) to the ones already in there (English, French, German).

I think there's a pretty seamless way for you to add Russian as one of the languages Uru can have. 8-)
Currently getting some ink on my hands over at the Guild Of Ink-Makers (PyPRP2).

He would not have a way to choose that language then though, because TPOTS sets the Python language var according to some registry value, and as far as I know supports only German, French, English (maybe it knows Italian and Spanish, too, but the original Python doesn't properly react to them).
In addition, all the string which were added to the UU KI by the Offline KI do not use the localization, they are always English. The Uru localization system is not really easy to use, and you have to set your language to English if you want to go to Eder Tsogal, so I didn't really saw a reason to bother making them all translatable (which would be a pain).

The "Neighbors" and "Age Players" strings are in xEnglish.py and the equivalent for the other languages.
