Hee! I figure that 3D modeling and worldbuilding concepts are, in a lot of ways, universal--they can be presented in an HTML format (like fan Writers have been doing for the last 10+ years), using Pipmak, or the current Drizzle implementations of getting Ages into single-player Uru... what matters is the Art! The design of the world, the journals you write, the 3D modelling--80% of the skills you develop for an Age you present in one format can be applied to any other presentation format. That's what's exciting to me. We can start designing and building Ages right now. At least, that's my take on things :)

Just a bump/reminder, this is still on, starting about 20 minutes from now. I'm not entirely sure I'm properly registered on IRC but I'm hoping so :)

Christian brought up the fact that Sunday afternoon in the US is Sunday night right before a work day in Europe--if we did this on Saturdays, European folks could (potentially) stay up later :) I say we try this on Saturday next week.

I'd love to have a time where all of us can get together once a week.

My vote goes for Saturday afternoons, perhaps 4:00 EDT? (Just a suggestion to put on the table) :)

Saturday is indeed what would work best for me, but don't pay too much attention to me if I'm the only European around. I don't usually have a lot to say anyway :). My arrival yesterday also wasn't specifically timed for that meeting, I have been present in the IRC channel for most of my online time in recent months and it was coincidence that you arrived just in the few minutes I was disconnected for a reboot.

4pm EDT on Saturdays works for me! (I somehow thought I'd already replied here to set the time, oops. Sorry about the short notice for this week.)

Yep, that's the location I had been assuming! I think you need to register your name on the server, so you may want to try that out before 4.
