Yeah, I think he would prefer that we continue until he gets back (if he comes back), so you don't lose momentum.

Thank you for taking over this project, I.Brattin. It would be sad if it wouldn't be continued.
I sent you a pm.

Got your email and responded Corvus. As soon I get Corvus response to that message I will get things ready for the next person, which would be Perlenstern. Expect a PM in the next few days Perlenstern.

Ahm... hi... *sheepish smile*

Terribly sorry, everybody.

I am well enough, thanks for your concern and thank you I.Brattin, for your initiative.
I'm afraid my absense has been one of pure neglect and can offer no words of defence.
Given an hour or two, I should be able to get to the update out -- I hope you haven't put too much work into it yet, "I"?

I *have* actually been able to spend *some* time on the project and have used it to tackle a little problem that cropped up; with the growth of the age we seem to have gotten the "complex age" problem, with erratic behaviours while facing the "busiest" part of the age, first symptom being the KI becoming transparent. Adding a visregion to the monster polycount thingie I added last update took care of most of that, but I have also taken the liberty to reduce detail in a model here and there and halve a texture size or two. I will make sure the archive I reveived from Corvus remains available, so that it is possible to restore whatever I have destroyed.

I'll go take care of the update now and then I'll have a hefty backlog of forum activity to chew my way through.

Once again: my deepest apologies.

WB, Jojon. No I haven't gotten around to passing along the files. I was waiting on Corvus to pack the python file for me, I didn't know how to do that myself. I just now got back to check on that and saw your return. So nothing has been passed on.

BTW, Jojon I sent you a PM a couple weeks ago on another project we were working on together.

Oooo-k, update, at long last.

Corvus set up a laboratory in Justin's cave some weeks ago. I guess I must have gone there and smelt something strong, because I can't quite account for the period since... Research seems to really be kicking off now, though - yay!

First post updated with download links, as usual.

Next up is Perlenstern, then Robert the rebuilder.

( Ed. note: I made the cablecar stop for a second at each station, before turning back, but have despite hours of tinkering with multiple regions and colliders been unable to make you not fall aways through the ground upon stepping off.. It'll just have to be that way for now - there's been enough delay... I also reduced detail here and there -- Corvus' original 0.9 archive remains on the FTP server, so that things I've ruined can be restored. /Jojon)
