I found an Age not listed (I think)

I was going through my dat files for fun to see if I had missed any Ages while exploring, and now I've stumbled upon a mystery Age. This Age does not show up in any walkthroughs, so I highly doubt it was part of the game, nor is it in the UAM list.

The name in the dat file is ChloesHoodOffice. Ingame it is called Dorehn. I was just curious if it was a forgotten Age or something...

I've attached a screenshot of the Age. Interestingly, it refers to not only Eder Licinius but also mentions Andy in there too. Any ideas?

Chloe's Hood Office is included in the Eder Licinius download.

Ah, that's why I couldn't find it in the UAM list...

It can be reached from Eder Licinius, which is why it is not included in the Nexus list
