Just thought this forum could use some optimism :) I just wrote my first blog post about the Watcher's writings, and waiting for Open URU. Tell me what you think. http://boundless-journey.blogspot.com/2 ... ching.html

Justin,
Nice blog. Keep them coming.

Now, over the years the Myst community has done more than it's fair share of waiting.

You forgot to mention the wait for Riven and the wait for Dark Horse Comics' Myst: The Book of the Black Ships issue #2

However, don't waste time waiting like the Watcher did, be like Kadish. When no Grower could be found, he took action by building Ahnonay. Sure he wasn't the Grower, but it was the next best thing.

Moral of the story: Find a shard. ;)

Or try making one yourself? ;-)
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

The Watcher wrote:"The future is always revealed to those who wait.
But the proud have no patience.
Because of pride the destruction will come."

Is this The Watcher's way of saying, "OMG!!!1!! HAX!!"

No, it's just paying attention to the words of the Grower.

Find a way. Make a home.
