D'Lanor it may not be the build but it is definitely on Cyans side. Its the same reason not everyone crashes when exiting the Bahro Caves. Not everyone is experiencing lag while others are.

If The Guild of Writers got the Grahreesen wall working before Cyan did. It would definitely sent a message to Cyan similar
