Depends, The DJC pub is being overhauled as it was based on the Kahlo model, but with Kaelis' pub being the same I was worried about it being saturated so I figured I'd build it from scratch so it's more unique.
As for Tehren that depends on several things (Cyanwise, and my storylinewise), currently it's a private location for TTP members only, but I know Paradox keeps bugging me about it
Oh dear, my apologies, Tweek. Your DJC was actually my initial inspiration, I've been wanting to do a pub based on Kahlo Pub since I first heard of the DJC and saw your pictures of it, on the dnijazzclub site. I hope I haven't caused any problems for you regarding the DJC, as I've been especially looking forward to that.
I'd be bugging you about Tehren, as well, if I thought you'd put up with it =P Been wondering about that hood since I first heard of it, too. =P
