I think there are other important things here, beyond modding and creating Ages. I like to hear people's descriptions and see their drawings, of an Age they'll never build. To me, it doesn't have to be built to be good. For some people, it tells a little about themself; perhaps their ideal home, or what they find interesting.
I also think that when it comes to being a good person, how one behaves here is important. Some people say "It's just a game", or "It's just a forum", and while that's true, there are real people with real feelings involved... and ethereal pain is much worse than physical pain. And one will carry what they learn about how to treat people here, into their everyday life too.
It's so very far from unimportant.
I completely agree with this 100%
Jamey agrees with a dirty hacker! He wants to keel Uru!
Aside from a few people who (if the reports are right) are abusing people wearing the GoW shirt, I see most people in-cavern as supportive of the GoW and understanding that there's a difference between what the GoW does and what actual damaging hacking is.

Let me know when you are ready to quit insulting me and pushing my buttons, so I'll know when to start taking you seriously.
Let me know when you're done making a fool of yourself and I'll let you know etc. Seriously, just because you've chosen to ignore what you wrote earlier doesn't mean everyone else has to.

No...er...whatever the subaqueous equivalent of a biscuit is." Blaming the whole for the actions of the few, you see. It happens, wrongly but understandably, and not just with jellyfish.
That's true. Whether they (or rather those individuals in the collective who do the stinging) are misinterpreting proximity as aggression I leave to those who have fathomed the mind (or minds) of the jellyfish. Maybe they have a town hall and take a vote before stinging. (And maybe there are those irritating individuals who pipe up with "if we go around stinging anyone who comes near us we'll never make any friends, you know" and have to be suppressed by the officers of the court...)

From what I have learned of "jellyfish" is that some parts of it sting without fully examining the situation they feel threatened about. This seems to lead to a similar reaction from who or whom the jellyfish has stung. It isn't often someone provokes the jellyfish on purpose, and perhaps the jellyfish could teach those parts that react so quick to be more cautious about how they react.
However it is important that everyone see the difference between some beach comber who stumbles on said jellyfish by accident, or the bratty little kid who thinks it's fun to jab a stick into the middle of the jellyfish.
