Wow, I don't think I've ever even tried to pronounce that one. I've always just spelled it out, on the maybe one occasion I've had to say it out load.

Fortunately, devs are often introverts working alone* and communicating in written form.
So there is little need for pronunciation of those concepts... :P

Hi, I´d like to ask some questions about the PyPRP2 plugin.
I don't want to sound impatient or ungrateful, I´ve waited and will wait without complaining, but I'd like to ask, what the status of PyPRP2 development is right now - is a new beta version coming in the near future?

I´m thinking of migrating my ages to the new plugin - finally would enable me to make osMOUL ages - but I´ve refrained from doing so because of the still limited possibilities - although my ages don´t have a lot of "wiring" yet, some basic things like sounds, linking books, ladders and stuff would be nice.

I´ve pretty much stopped developing my ages because I don´t know how much I´d have to redo when the new plugin version will be here. So, at the moment, I'm just waiting and developing my IC-storylines.

I´d appreciate an advice or two: does it make sense to migrate my ages now? Or should I wait with that?

What solution will keep me most from doing redundant work?

There has been almost no development on pyprp2 since the beta release, unfortunately :(
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

Ah, I see. Okay, then I guess it would make more sense for me to just make the ages with PyPRP 1 for the moment. Thanks for the update! :)

I guess all i have to do is copy and paste the exported files into the Uru Dat Folder and link myself with the offline ki into my age!? I tried that. But when i link in, nothing happens...It says:

linking "Player Name" to "Age Name" (unknown Age)...

and then the screen stays dark...nothing happens...

For the note, i used only the few steps made in the Pyprp2 introduction video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nRbSJlZapM

exported this and tried to run it on Uru.

I checked the Blender console and everything was exported correctly.

Anyone know why that happens?

Be sure to set the export version to match the Uru with which you're trying to use the Age.

I hope PYPRP2 continues to progress, it is a very promising tool.

I hope so too. Unfortunately we have very few active developers and so much to do. Someone taking up the project and submitting good code is certainly welcome!
