GlobalClothing_District_Female.prp Missing

THis is the first time I have tried to access Gehn.

It deletes the GlobalClothing_District_Female.prp file then crashes saying download failed.
I copy it back over from the URUlive folder and run Gehn again and I get the same result.

Windows 7
run in Admin mode

Run Launcher (or from explorer) as admin
sign in
accept agreement
Get the spinning book.
Bottom say's approximate 0 seconds remaining
then I get a regular mouse pointer and when I click the screen it closes leaving a window telling me the failure to download.

It's possible your MOULa installation is out of date. Try running MOULa, then recopy the file again.

I have exactly the same problem. MOULa updated to 912 and logged in no issues there. Starting Gehn and after logged in and the initial update the missing Female clothing prp crashes the client every time the way Sudre described. I have win7 also.

It looks like Gehn has not been updated to 1.912 yet. So if you no longer have a copy of 1.906 to use for Gehn you won't be able to log in until the versions are in synch again.

I also have this problem. I'm on Win XP. the MOULa dat folder does not have that file on my system, but it does have GlobalClothing_District_Female01.prp as well as 02.prp and 04.prp files. Copying these did not help.

All went well until I got this message --- UruGehn Error: dat/GlobalClothing_District_Female.prp not found. I checked the Uru Gehn dat folder and it is in truth missing.

Is there a way to repair this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could this be something Windows-specific? I updated to 1.912 on the Mac when it came out and have no subsequent problems getting into Gehn.

If you didn't also update your Gehn installation, you'll be fine.

If you did update Gehn to use the wrong data files, or perform a fresh installation, you will be unable to play.


With us being unable to host the data files, there's no solution.

Either we update Gehn and end up with this thread from people who don't manually update their installation, or we don't update Gehn right away and we end up with this thread from people who do update their installation. Uru is made to assume we don't have a hamstrung data server, because data consistency and integrity is essential.

Cannot find MOULa as I am not sure what it is. Have tried to reload all - no help there either - same problem. Running Urulive.Live version 1.912 and Deep Island complete. Even have loaded and have KI access to Labyrinth Shard. They loaded with no problems. I guess Gehn is unaccessable, shame as it souned very interesting
