225 is industrial, and 228 is commercial, so you'll have to think of some theme that can blend between those... Production of X and the selling of X at one location.

This assumes that those residential/commercial/industrial borders are being enforced. You'll have to ask someone else about that, though... I'm pretty new at this ;)

Lots of new sign-ups, sweet. :)

Mar: As Paladin just pointed out, the 3 shells you chose are of different type (residential, industrial and commercial). Of course you are free to connect them as you want; just make sure to build in each shell according to its type. If you want you can change of shells; if you indeed want those tell me and I'll send them to you.
(Durane: yours are on their way ;) )

We are not trying to 'enforce' the shell zoning, but there are still plenty of shells available and if one person specifically want to build one type of shell there's still a lot of choice.
If in the upcoming months we start to some type of shells become very rare, (say, residential shells) we might consider changing that. But there's no need for now. :)

I had the idea for making a product in one shell, buy it in the other shell and live in the residental shell. Now I read your reactions I think it is better that I choose for two industrial and one commercial shell.
I saw that I have also made a mistake with the number of my residential shell. Nevermind I want to change shell 330 into 224.
I have than two industrial en one commercial. So I can produce and sell.

I hope that this is a good idea. But when it isn"t I pleased to hear any comments.

Really it's all a matter of opinion: if it sounds good to you, go for it! :)

I've corrected the wiki; if you still find you can't log in, you might want to sign up at the Alcugs forums to create an account, just in case you want to change your shells again.

Ok duly noted. I'll try to send you your shell file tomorrow. :) If I forgot, don't hesitate to remind me.

(BTW, welcome here. :) )

It's the first sign up in nearly three months. I really need to find time to work on it again..

Interestingly, I just got enough free time to take a look at my shell again.

I'm inspired :D

Hello. I'd like 2 shells right now. 437 and 414.

I'm not sure how I do this. Eitherway, my email address is jet2themax@aol.com

EDIT: I mean 434. Not 437.

Is there anyway to get new files from my shells because I have deleted them in a moment of brainmatness, sorry.
The numbers of my shells are 225, 224, 228.
I can give my adress in a personal mail.

Thanks a lot. :D
