Bugs in Teledahn

First one I encountered was at the fish tank. I pressed the button but I froze there. I could use my KI to take a picture but my Relto book wouldn't work and I had to Alt-F4 out. {Click on the images for a larger view}

Second time I was able to press the button and continue....I'll try it again with a new avvie.

When I came down the lift to the main hut and walked over to the sewer grate, I was whisked up through the roof and beyond looking down...backing up brought it back down but then back up when I approached the sewer grate again. Reltoed out and came back through the book main page and all was good..Also will check this out with a new avvie.

When I got to the door that leads out to the air gun to shoot the boulders, when I touched the door I got this...

After I walk through that door everything returns to normal....Again to be checked with another avvie.

Varified - with new Avatar (Shaya'te) found that switching between second and first person allowed me to continue

I made some tweaks to the physics code that may improve this situation in the next build...

I can confirm the freezing at the aquarium, though that happens every now and then
everywhere and depends also on how one approaches it, means if one clicks the button
really in the right way as intended, means only one time for two or three seconds ...
When you click it accidentally one time and then try to click it the right way again you
freeze ... I logged out and in again (ok, one has to lol) and everything works as it should again ... :P

I cannot affirm the Teledahn hut issue, this never happened to me anywhere, wow ... :geek:

You don't need to upload the Teledahn graphics glitch as this happened to me too in January,
and I've captured the sequence with pictures ... This happened only one time with my new avi
as you see in the pictures that the door was still closed ... I went back and forth, thats how I've
captured the sequence, but afterwards when logging in again everything looked and worked as it should ...

I was astounded, of course, and you may ask why I didn't say and post this before, but it happened only once,
and as it was ok then I thought, maybe this was only me and I could tell it when that happened again lol ...
I really don't want to pester our poor H'Uru team with every single thingy, which I even cannot replicate again ... :D

As this happened with a new avi (see closed door) I will see what happens with the next new avi which I will
create when the new release will be online ... I also saved the log from that day with the Teledahn glitch,
in case that could be useful for you, Adam or anyone else ... This contains of course also Zandi already
speeking
when approaching him from behind the trailer ... :)

Ok, the time is over already lol ... I'd like to add that the Teledahn log doesn't contain the Zandi speech ...
I've just been looking at the times again and that speech is in another log, which I've been saving on that day
to keep this all separate for the sake of convenience ... :geek:

I did some more checking last night and found the cause of this bug. Unfortunately, if I remove the offending code, cameras in Eder Kemo break spectacularly. :ugeek: This one is going to need some more investigation.

OMG, this is all interconnected somehow, as we all are and everything is lol ... :D

If those logs were not needed anymore resp. at all you can delete them, of course ...
I've seen that already happening with some older pictures, which is great for relief
of the server load, maybe lol ...

Sometimes I just don't want to go to my MediaFire account or Photobucket for just
a tiny little log or one quick presentation of any situation/bug in a picture ... In case
of a more extensiv presentation like above it's perfectly ok, of course, and it's fun ...
If you'd prefer in general to post stuff from our accounts for any reason then you'd
tell us right? ... Ok, just sayin' ... :P

Sorry if already posted and I missed/forgot about it...:

Running Teledahn with a new avie and found that the rocks, bones and other various sundries in the prison area were acting strange, disappearing, and moving around. The small rocks had the weight of larger ones and vice versa. When I linked back to/from Relto, the items would move or disappear, causing the gates to change. Sometimes the cove with the B Stone wouldn't open as it should. I finally got to the B Stone by not linking back to/from the Relto, but rather ran all the way round.

It's also a known but intermittent issue, like the Gira baskets. I have had this in the past, and had it again with my latest avvie, Acorngehn14. I also experienced the

It did eventually sort itself. I usually

in case some of the items move, ;) but this was something different, with things being in the wrong state.
