Hi all,
I tried logging into DI and all I get is authenticating. And then it times out. Any hints on how to overcome this. Thank you.

I, too, had this same issue when I last tried a couple nights ago. It also timed out on the ping test.
I just now retried the ping test and it passed. It might be working now.

We've had a short outage end of November, sorry for that.
Due to university keeping me busy, I am not checking this forum as frequently as I used to. If there's something really important I should know, like the Shard being down, you can find my email address in my signature. E-Mails will definitely reach me fast
