Konnichi wa!
It is nearly 2 AM now for me in Osaka, Japan.
There's a lot of them Japanese!
I have been oggling tiny cute girls all day.
Tomorrow I'm off to Kyoto until April 27th.
I must leave you now because I have to go stop the hair coloring in a bathroom. An admin's job never stops.
Sayonara,
Chacal-san.

Re: Greetings from Osaka
I heard that Japanese cell phones are cooler that our cell phones. Can you find out if it's true?

Their cell phones are their KI. They do everything with them and are always talking into them or keying something (especially mousmé (young girls), but that's the same all over the world).
Most often those are bigger things, with all kinds of functions we don't have (such as TV), they come in all colors and decor, often have some trinkets dangling from them. They are completely incompatible with GSM and other Western standards.
I'm in Kyoto now and deeply disappointed with my room. I mean my cell. There's no room for my suitcase! It's about 7 x 7 feet, with a tiny bathroom. There's no air-conditioning. It,s a smoking room. All that for 94$ a night. Good thing I won't have much time to spend inside.

Re: Greetings from Osaka
I stayed in a closet once. It was a business trip, too. It wasn't in a hotel though, more of a dorm for interns. Had to bring my own cot.
Luckily, the point of taking a trip to Japan is to spend as little time in the hotel room as possible.
