Adding Easter Eggs

Post by Lade'e »

Okay .. I don't know anything about how this might work (so be gentle with critiques).

Is it possible to write additional Easter Eggs for current Ages in Uru:CC? If possible, would they be "hacks" like flymode? or other? or???? One example I can think of would be pics of MOUL vs UCC modes, so that if you're at the top of the great stairs, you could get an Easter Egg of what it looked like in MOUL.

It just occurs to me that it would be a great way to enhance users' experiences, since we're in the waiting mode.

it is possible to add things to existing ages using the available tools, but it isn't really what we're mainly attempting to accomplish, and distribution might pose a bit of a problem, as we can't/shouldn't/won't distribute cyan-made files. One possible way around this (which I used to "enhance" my relto a while back) is to create an additional page for the age, which could be distributed alone, and integrated into the age by the users.

You can add objects this way. Adding puzzles or clickables with working code is probably going to be hrader.
